August 27, 7 PM Monthly meeting of the WCHPS. Mike Sundstrum, manager at Trans Allegheny Book Store will share the history of this soon to be 100 year-old building. Many of us have fond memories of the Carnegie Library. Come out and reminisce with us!
September 24, 7 PM Regular monthly meeting at the library. Local archeologist Jerry Anderson will share the results with us about the recent electro-magnetic survey that was done at Blennerhassett Island.
September 28, 29, 30 Volcano Days The 19th Annual celebration will be bigger and better!
October 6, Wirt County Pioneer Days
This is the 5th year for this event. Lets try real hard to give them strong support from Wood County!
